<p>In Part I, Eli Lazarus and Evan Goldstein discuss questions that geomorphologists may ask surrounding the topic of storm impacts and development. For example, &#8220;Where does sand go during island overwash? How can we track the cool patterns it makes?&#8221; </p>



<p>Katherine Anarde then covers the same topic, but from the perspective of a coastal engineer. She asks questions such as &#8220;How were bridges and roadways damaged? Can we predict their vulnerability to future storm impacts?&#8221;</p>
